Saddening way to treat customers! !

Debonairs Pan Africa <br> <br> I made and order at around 6:21pm on 25/02/2016 . After an hour it hadn't come yet. I called and was advised that they were a bit busy but it was on its way with their driver. 30 minutes later I get a call from the driver who is rude and loud. He was obviously lost cause he claimed to be at my address but he was no where to be found ,so I try direct him but he so kindly gives me he's piece of mind saying he is even doing me a favour because they do not deliver in Alexandra. I had to call him back to finally get told he was turning back and I should come get it myself. I asked for his name and he blatantly refused and dropped the call. No assistance when I tried calling the restaurant as well. This was an online payment with even a tip but I never even got the freaken food. <br> <br> Please explain and refund me.
