Runaway driver

Order no: 367<br> Date: 04/03/16<br> Time: 19:02<br> ***<br> <br> 1hour 45min later im still awaiting my refund which the driver was meant to return after his deliveries as per the store manager Sharon. I was delivered a cold pizza (If the dot is not red, then the pizza is free) which was caused by the driver laying the pizza boxes flat on the ground i assumed after i found him in that position outside. When asked bout it, he said he was looking for the correct order and will be able to warm the pizza for us. I asked him to please wait while i contact & inform the store bout this cause I refused to pay for a cold pizza. He took off with the money and never returned. Even though i were to let it slip coz i understand he's tryin to make a living, he made me so damn irate by jst driving away from me with my money and please bare in mind that no change was provided to me for my order.<br> <br> I hope I dont have to escalate the matter further, this will be dealt it and resolved shortly.
