Ruining Pizza nights on multiple occasions

The saying goes “fool me once, shame on me, but fool me twice, shame on you”!!!..Debonaires in Willows (Tourism Centre) , Bloemfontein, has left no stone unturned in their quest to disappoint..I placed an order at 17:45 hoping to actually chow down before my night starts only to be called not only 30min later, but to be told ingredients are out of stock, fine, me be a hungry guy and all that switch to an alternative pizza, to which I’m still waiting for at 20:22..I don’t know if it’s high order volumes or what’s happening, but management needs to work on their communication there, but as of now, all I want is my full refund on the online order and nothing more to do with them!! This has become a new norm for them..if this keeps up, i hope they close doors and make way for a franchise that actually works towards customer service and satisfaction
