Rudeness
I make a mistake with my ordered and tried to call to cancel however, the lady at germiston debonairs explained that they will call me at boksburg then i can let them know about my cancelation. When the call came through, she shouted on the phone when i canceled my order explaining my mistake then dropped the call.
That was rude and uncalled for.
