Rude treatment from the store manager (Dull, unfresg,dry old pizza)

I purchased pizza through Mr D and order went to Debonairs Ormonde food came it was burnt and dull and not so fresh and it was hard it was not the quality am use to from Debonairs i contacted the store to come collect the food and prepare a fresh order for me i went through to the call centre the call centre tried putting the call through to the store the lines where off line they took down my details 15min after i got a call from a very rude guy who referenced himself as the store manager did not greet or anything went straight to the point i raised my concerns he asked for pictures i asked how will you estalish the quality of the food with pictures he said it was procedures they needed to follow gave me his whatsapp number i sent the pictured he came back and said the pizza looks fine not burnt looks fresh and has enough toppings i was like how about you taste the food before reaching a conclusing he was so rude went on to shift the blame to Mr D and Mr D does not prepare the food he was so rude till today i have not recieved my refund nor my replacement order
