Rude treatment

I need to speak to any manager that can assist me regarding staff treatment that I received from Debonairs Jubilee Mall.

Firstly the manner that the staff members address customer is so rude .

There is no corporation between the front end and the back staff.

I placed an order at 16:45, when I went to collect my order at 18:13 I was told that my order was not prepared, the back staff told me that I must relax and wait they have other customers, my question is who am

am I not a customer that deserves the same treatment,Jubille Mall debonairs has the worst treatment ,.
