Rude staff taking orders

24 September 2017 @ 11h45 - placed an order with Ormonde branch, was helped by lady named Dolly. She was so impatient to explain what pizza flavours are available. Instead she just got irritated and hung-up the phone. We called again and was helped by the manager named Maki Msimango. Very dissapointed with the service level early on Sunday morning, more so on heritage day. Is this how Debonaire treat its customes? Later, she called to apologise and addressed me as"I am sorry my love" - and went on to explain she was in a rush because she is alone on the front desk. Whose problem is that.
