RUDE STAFF MEMBERS
Today the 28th November 2021, I called Debonairs Pizza Shell Bedworthpark Express. I spoke to Gomelemo Motupe who despite noting that I was struggling to recall their menu items she didn't make an effort to assist me instead she rudely without notice referred me to another lady for assistance as she claimed that she couldn't understand what I was trying to say. I was trying to order the something meaty pizza and in a battle to find the right words I simply said the meaty pizza. Gomolemo rudely said there's no such pizza even after I tried to explain what I meant. She was both impatient and unhelpful. Highly disappointed with the service I got.

28 Nov 2021, 14:28Update, I went to the store to collect my order and found Gomelemo who apologized and we resolved the matter. She will try to be more mindful and helpful to customers going forward. I'm glad we could resolve the matter in a calm and empathetic manner. Thank you Gomelemo for your humility in this situation. I'll be ordering again soon.
