Rude staff members

An employee by the name of Lungi Gumede gave me the worse customer service I've never seen in my life. Was at Ballito junction in Kzn, went to buy pizza at debonairs and the lady threw the receipt on me while still looking for which flavor to buy. I then asked why she ignored me while her colleague was laughing. As I was still shocked she has decided to give me the chicken flavor without my concern. I couldn't believe so I went to sit down, after getting a buzz I went to the counter and asked why she decided for me and she ignored me again as her colleague continued to giggle. I won't be surprised if it's not her first time doing this coz she knows nothing will happen, I don't see myself buying there again if this matter doesn't get resolved. With this staff attitude the company will keep losing customers while employees keep getting their salaries, it's a total embarrassment.
