Rude staff member

Good day I just spoke to the rudest staff member. I called to ask what the delay with my order is as it been more than 2 hours. She told me can I not use my common sense and see that its raining. Literally screaming at me. And told me she dont have time for this and slammed the phone down. This is unacceptable behaviour! The branch i called was debonairs belhar. Time of call: 16:00 I need an urgent response to my complaint
