Rude staff and cold food

We order pizza 12:06 and only received the pizza at 12:58 I told the delivery guy that the pizza is cold and he said its not he told me he went to the wrong place I paid the pizza but was not happy. I phoned the branch at magalies view and complaind to the manager and he was telling me that the dot does not stay red after taking it out of the bag I told him it was black and I opened the pizza and it was cold. IF that is how you treat your customers we wil not order from you again from rude deliver to cold food to a manager that makes it sound like your lying thats not fair to customers. I am highly dissapointed i the food and the staff.
