Rude service

Debonairs Jabulani Mall can't remember her name because she didn't have a name tag but my slip wrote Neli Mlilo. Firstly when you enter the shop she's on her phone I even took pictures of her on her phone even though I know it's wrong she didn't even sanitise but demanded my card I told her can I just tap it because no sanitizer on the door and she's not sanitizing me or her she was extremely rude and told me the tapping machine is broken I asked for a manager she said the manager ain't available
