Rude reception and pathetic customer service

I ordered pizza tonight and my order took two hours to be delivered and then I am told I am lucky. To spice things up, after waiting for two hours for an order I opened the box and I found a pics of pork on my creamy chicken pizza.

Thing is I am allergic to pork, I need to know what if I get sick coz when I came to see the pork when I was on the forth slice.

I called the restaurants, at vosloorus to complaint and they said they will call me back. When they called back they did not even say sorry, they just told me that they will deliver a new pizza. Which will take another two hours mind u. My kids n I are hungry but do they care?
