Rude person

Im very annoyed right now i just ordered a pizza at protea glen mall at 15:19 i was told to wait an hour i waited and when i called to ask how far is the driver at hlf 4 the guy from protea glen mall answered and he didn't even ask about my order number he only said he thinks the driver is on his way... Tried asking questions of how do u know n an hour passed you didn't even ask for my order number. He decided to hang up on me. It's 5 o'clock im still waiting
