Rude manager

<p>Carlton Centre is 5min away from my home so I placed an order with them at 17:01 nd by 18:00 it had still not arrive. When I called and asked how far it was I was told that it should have arrived</p> <p>I told them i would not pay for cold pizza as per their policy and was put through to Mohammed who proceded to shout at me nd told me to pay for it or bring it back. I was appaled at that statement and attitude and told him how rude he was and that he was shouting at me! He told me to pay for 4the cold pizza or bring it back and proceded to hang up on me.</p> <p>I have never been shouted at by a manager,especially when they are in the wrong and i am a customer that will never call Debonaires again. If there was a star below 1 on the rating, I would choose it .</p> <p> </p> <p>Utterly appalled by the abysmal Service from their manage. I would appreciate this to be followed up.</p>
