Rude Manager

I ordered pizza at 19:58 and at 20:16 I received a call telling me I can't get the pizza very rudely. The name of the guy is Ibrahim. He hung up on me and told me I can go ahead and place my complaint. I tried explaining that the app led me to his restaurant and zero customer service was shown to me.
