Rude manager!

The cashier took the wrong order and in addition to that the delivery man came LATE and did not bring the card machine. When the pizza finally arrived we noticed that it was the wrong one and asked that the delivery man return it and bring us a correct order. We called the manager on duty to lodge a formal complaint and instead of being helped we were given a bad attitude. The manager kept insisting that indeed that' we ordered a chicken-filler when that was not our order, she kept saying that maybe we are the ones that were confused when in actual fact we know what OUR order was. I am a regular and loyal customer of this store but I was not happy with the service this time. It was very bad and we ended getting our correct order delivered 1hour late. This makes me even fear what the employees might have done to the pizza (what if the spit on it!?), given that attitude I'm inclined to believe that they are capable of such. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! VERY BAD SERVICE!!!
