Rude manager

Good day

I would like to express my disgust in which the manager speaks to staff at your Westgate branch. Everytime i come there she's shouting at someone infront of all the customers and its very unprofessional and it makes me want to spend my money elsewhere.Im suprised nobody mentioned her before. Note that unhappy staff creates an unhappy work environment. Manager on duty is ferial and i think you guys need to intervene before your staff leave a good job cos of a unprofessional manager.

The food was good as always
