Rude management Debonair Springsgate

I ordered a pizza at Springate Debonairs, after an hour I called in and they said the driver was leaving the shop. I ordered at 13h20, it's now 14h31 and still no pizza. When I called Debonair in ans spoke to the manager, she was rude and just told me to go ahead when I told her I'm going to lay a complaint at head office
