Rude lady at Debonairs Southern Centre Bloemfontein

When ordering a pizza telephonically, I was told by someone at Debonairs Southern Centre, Bloemfontein, to press 2 whenever I place an order because it takes me directly to the store. Pressing took me to the useless Call Centre which placed a wrong order. Today, an arrogant lady refused to help because I did not press 1 to place an order. This inept, clueless and useless lady has undone my good option of Debonairs Southern Centre. As a regular client, I hope the management deals with this lady.
