Rude employees

Dear Debonairs Customer Care,

I would like to report an unpleasant experience at Debonairs Pizza, Boulders Mall.

I placed my order and waited for 15 minutes without any update. When I enquired about my order, the staff ignored me and continued with their work. Only after calling again did someone attend to me. I overheard a staff member named Ntombi telling her colleague that I would wait.

I ended up waiting 45 minutes, and every time I asked about the order, I was told it was not ready. It was clear to me that my order was only started after my second enquiry, while customers who arrived after me received their orders and left.

The staff attitude was extremely unprofessional, and there was no effort to assist customers or communicate delays. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.

I believe this situation needs urgent attention so that other customers do not face the same treatment.
