rude employees,cold pizza

I orderd pizza's from debonairs,firstly the lady answering the phone were very rude and I had to repeat my order over and over again,after waiting 1 and a half hours for the delivery that were still not delivered I phoned and they kept on saying its on its way,after the 4th call I phoned again and cancelled the order because its already been almost 2hours that I waited for 2 pizzas,but nevertheless they still brought it and I had to pay for cold hard pizza,its ridiculous and I will never use their services ever again.And then Debonairs have the saying that if the dot is black on delivery the pizza is free....talk about poor quality promise
