Rude driver and no assistance from manager

The Debonairs on Beacon Isle is the bottom barrel. I had made an order for delivery. When the driver/delivery guy got to my door he requested payment for the pizza before I could see it which is utter nonsense because no consumer in their right mind pays before having made certain that the order is indeed correct. We went back and forth over this and he then rudely insisted that I pay before because that is just how he operates, proceeding to tell me that his s****** was outside of my complex and he had to rush to it. To my shock , he then got the bag in which the pizza is placed and left ... WITH my pizza. I then called Debonairs immediately to report this matter and the manager on duty did not attempt to resolve this issue at all, instead he offered to call the guy to return (this comes after I expressly told him that I want no dealings with said driver). The only option I was left with was to cancel the order completely.

Days later, I call in again asking to speak to the manager only to be told that my account is blocked. I am absolutely appalled by the service I received from this establishment. Disgusting and down right rude driver was let off the hook and he will continue displaying such behavior if nothing is done about his attitude!!!!!!
