Rude customer service at Debonairs Mandela Park Phuthaditjhaba

What I ordered vs what I got at Debonairs Pizza (Official) Mandela Park. I lay a complaint I get called to collect another one.. When I get there they turn me back and tell me I can't get what's on the picture and aren't giving me another pizza. They were making slurs mostly about my spirituality because ke kentse dithapo.. This happens after they make me explain myself again and wait for them to get feedback from management.
