Rude cashier : poor customer service ever

Rude cashier and harsh words from the cashier,but the manager Mr Mokgohloa Puleng protected her. He even went lengthy to not listen to how rude the cashier was towards me because of their mistake. And it wasn't the first time they delivered the wrong order to me but the cashier was shouting at me not wanting me to tell her how my order was rong for the 3rd time. I called the store to explain how the driver mixed up my triple decker with the 3small pizzas but the cashier who did not reveal her name when I called to report the matter,she instead shouted at me and was extremely rude. When the manger puleng mokgohloa came to the line ,he also protected the cashier when I asked her name so I can report to customer care. The restaurant is located at Ramongoana Usave centre.it was not the first time I received the kind of service from the shop.(On their system it picks me as "Thando Lerato" and I feel like it's intentional as it was for the 3rd time .
