Rude and unprofessional employees

I bought pizza at Debonaors in Humansdorp main street few minutes ago. The pizza was squashed and box was not closed properly. I showed the cashier immediately and asked her to repack it.she rudely took the pizza back and threw me with my money. I advised her I'm going to report the issue. She said I can report her she does not care.

This is not the 1st time I'm getting such treatment from Debonairs on Humansdorp. Few months ago I bought triple dacker large it was dry and burnt I even showed them proof.
