Rude and Aggressive

I have placed a order on Saturday 09th September 2017, at about 19:30pm , I have waited till 8:30pm, no order was deliveried, i drove up to the store ans oasked for my oder as i couldn`t wait for two hours, the Mnager gave me attitude, saying ''what must he now do with the pizza that being deliverd''!!. Im the customer, after i put up a scene i then asked for new pizza to be made! as i have the right to do so. He then performed and told all the cutomers in store, what must he do with the pizza now, this is a waste and why couldnt i just wait.

If you know what is good for your business, you will get more proffessional managers thats well trained and knows how to deal with cutomers and issues that arises in store.

I will log this onto hello petter,as I feel he embaressed me and my husband. I im sorry but i will never place a order by this branch again, nor will I give a good word of mouth. He was aggresive and utterly rude period.
