Rude agent

Placed an order online, with the street name inserted. 15min later I miss a call from Debonairs pizza Protea Glen which I miss. I immediately return the call, put on hold by the answering machine until some rude lady answers my call. In a rudely manner she tells me that she tried calling me and agitatively says" u put an order without a street name" I give the street name, without evn telling me who she was she then said "ok sharp" and hangs up. Is this the treatment we are supposed to get when calling the customer care line? I'm very irritated
