RUDE

yhooooo!!!!!yhooooo!!!!!!How Super Rude is the manager (Florence)

I called and ordered pizza Lerato was the one helping me over the phone at Kagiso Mall.... All went well until they delivered wrong flavours, I called in again and still found Lerato and explained that i received a wrong flavours and she acknowledged her mistake and requested to call me after few min so she can speak to her manager,ok that ok.....There after she came back to me as promised b was shocked by her reply.She said to me as that they will send another delivery and replace the other one with the correct flavour and I need to give the delivery guy the wrong one,how possible is that?exchange pizzas outside or what and how am i supposed to exchange that pizza on what package because I believe when you any product you also pay for the package,was I suppose to give him with plastic or what?

I called and asked the manager and she was sooo rde and we started arguing on the phone,she said to me "O makgaka" meaning I am silly,what on earth does manager tell a customer that they a silly? I had to drive with that pizza to the store,waste my petrol,my airtime calling and calling because the delivery guy was at my gate that time and she drop the phone and I showed the guy that Florence hanged up on me.....

Drove to the store and again another fight with that rude lady Florence.... one of the customers there even said that "this people are rude over the phone"

So I want to know should I waste my petrol,airtime and fight in order a customer to be assisted?please tell me
