I made an order about 5mins ago on your website which was gonna be delivered by your South Gate Branch. The order had been accepted by the store and than 10mins later I recieve a call from your arrogant and rude manager by the name of Witness Mbatha who tells me that you do not deliver in my area. What nonsense, why is it that I was able to make the order and got it accepted only to be told you dont make deliveries. What made me even more angry is the fact that when I told him that I was not happy about this he said I should go ahead and make a complaint because he was not gonna make the delivery, if I wanted the food I would need to come collect. There is a reason why I made the booking for DELIVERY. That Witness guy has no customer service at all, he is blatantly rude and thinks customers are his peers. Secondly why the hell would the website allow me to make an order that you cannot deliver. This is utter *******
