So I place an order at 15.43...I receive it at 19.15. I placed extra emphasis on bringing a PowerPoint.Delivery guy had no speedpoint. I am then told that he's leaving to go and get it(with my food). Which is ridiculous. He calls the store and is told to leave my food and come get it(he tells me he needs my card at collatteral. Like etc). when being given my order has no cold drink. I go in the house ...my donut dippers are just small vetkoek. No sauce at all. I call the store and tell the guy that my donuts are trash. He tells me the sauce is coming. I am beyond livid at how calm this guy was.He tells me that my sauce and cold drink are on the way. No apology at all. The service was absolutely trash at Debonairs Black Chain Centre. Worst in my whole life
