Rotten treatment from Sam the Store Manager

Today I did an online delivery order and I ordered 4 chicken pizzas with that order and I mentioned mentioned specifically on the order for them to put the onions on the pizzas because whenever I order a chicken pizza they never put onions. I spoke to the call centre to get the manager to call me back. The call centre agents where so friendly. A few minutes later I get a call from the manager named Sam. The phone rings I say hello, and he just rep**** "WHAT" I THEN SAID "Excuse me" and he just keeps quite and then I'm like " can you tell me who is speaking" because at first I didn't know who had called then he says " what's your problem" I was like you should say where you are calling from and you are so rude and my pizzas don't have onions as usual and I put a note on my order to say don't forget the onions because it always happens. Then he says " send it back with the driver" and drops the call

I was also called by kgabonina after and she was so friendly and apologized for this and she promised to rectify the pizzas that don't have onions. The way kgabonina handled the situation was perfect, I felt warm and respected.

I am extremely appalled by the way Sam spoke to me and his tone was utterly disrespectful!!! He is an arrogant rude man who treats customers with no respect

I am so upset with the service. I really do love this place being an ex employee of this company I know what customer service is

This definitely needs to be addressed
