Rotten food order from deboneers pizza received

So this is my complaint I order food from deboneers pizza and received ROTTEN FOOD ,this was the 6 August 2021 I spent almost R500.00 I had to pay up front and when the food arrived it was all rotten I call the customer service number on the box 7 times before I could speak to a person from deboneers ,they gave me a email address so I can send the photos and slip It now 29 August 2021 and still no reply,refund or even a call back ...but they took my money straight away I went straight back to the store with the rotten order and spoke to the store manager and he said he would sort it ...that was 10 min of receiving the order that night on the 6 August No more orders from them ever I have posted it on there officeal face book page as well
