Rotten food

Good day, I purchased the pizza that was on special for R200 yesterday 25/12/2020 however the food was off and sour causing the kids that ate it to have a running stomach. We contacted verulam debonair numerous times on the 25/12/2020 and was not able to get hold of them when we did get hold of them on the 26/12/2020 they said theres nothing that they can do which I feel is really ridiculous because we didnt get the food for free or we were not begging its something that we paid for.It this the type or quality of food that your serve . Its disgusting. According to the TCF this is against my rights as a customer. They were so rude that they just cut the call with out even assisting . Can the staff be send for training as to how customers should be treated . Thank you . Verulam branch
