****** of my Pizza with no valid explanation.

I bought two pizzas using the debonairs app from Debonairs Pizza at Highlands shopping center in centurion, mind you I'm at work two blocks away from them. Working nightshift.

I ordered the pizzas at 18:19, an hour passed with no response from the app or the shop.

I called to know what's holding up my order, they said it is to be delivered in 20minutes. Another hour went by, with no communication, by 20:42 I called to know what is happening, their phone was off. I had to call the steers next to it so I can get a solution to my problem. Only to find out that the pizzas were delivered to a wrong address, that is different from mine.

I had to be a nag to them to get a solution, because I had paid for food that was then delivered to someone else.

I am not sure if I'll continue using their services after the horrible service I received.
