****** by the restaurant

I have ordered a pizza and a 2lt cold drink at debonairs pizza Nigel road in springs on Monday the 25th of October 2021. I was not home so they delivered the pizza after 1hour. When I got home I saw that the cold drink was not delivered but I was charged for it. I called the store and they said they will ask the driver to bring it. 45min later I still didn't receive any phone call or my cold drink. I phoned the store again and they said they will give it to the driver that is going out at that moment and I should Receive it in 15min. The driver never came until the following morning nothing not even a simple phone call. I then called the store again around 11am and ask about the cold drink I spoke to the manager who was very rude and said that she will bring that money. I phoned the head office customer care and they said they are attending to the matter and will get back to me soonest. Until today I have to received any phone call from either the store or their head office. And I have not received my money or anything for that matter. I'm so greatly disappointed by their service same goes to their head office for not even showing interest to help me with my query.
