Riverside view dismal service

Arrived at the shop at around 18:05 and got my order and confirmed at 18:12 . Around 18:30 my order was not ready and the customers that came after me and bought at the shop got their order and left . I then asked what is going on with my order and was told to wait for 5mins , now the time is 18:45 and to my surprise my order has not been prepared and only now they are starting to do it from scratch . I left the shop at 7:08 and I was so angry that I wanted to ask for my money back but for the fact that my son has been looking forward to getting pizza the whole day I did not want to disappoint him . You service is appalling to say the least and if i was an individual who uses profanity I was going to call you all sorts of names .So disappointed in the franchise and it is not for the first time this is happening
