Kindly explain what’s the difference between ordering online when you still going to wait at the outlet??? I ordered at 19:00 paid online went in to collect at 19:30 and guess what my order was not even prepared. When I enquired no one cared to give a clear explanation besides being told they can’t skip order. So I want to just know which one works best because I won’t order online to be made to wait another 30 minutes at the store. To top it all up the box is dirty underneath so it’s thanks for waiting here’s a dirty box for you
