******* and funky tasting nothing creamy pizza

I placed an order online on the debonaires app. After 37 mins of tracjing, the progress still showed pizza in progress. A few mins later I called the online number and asked to cancel the order. As I did that the driver was at my gate and in good faith ( my son) paid for the pizza and took the pizza home. I was in the shower. He already started eating his pizza when I got out the shower I looked at the pizza and it looked so unsatisfactory to me. It actually looked lije someone took a handful of chicken and spread the middle part of the pizza in a circular position. Attached are pics. Anyways I tasted the pizza (creamy chicken) and it tasted sour. They had alot of sauce on it. I discarded my slice. By this time my son had 5 slices. ( 3 from the spicy chicken and 2 from the creamy chicken. I called customer care spoke to a great helpful lady by the name of Lungi. I explained what happened. She said she was calling the store. And would call me after 10 mins. Needless to say the manager by the name of Sne Khwela heard my rant and advised to call back. I missed her call but called her back. Anyways she blatantly refused to refund my money as she says that because my son ate a feq slices she cannot take it back as its wastage. She says she confirmed with her boss. She also tells me she sold over a 100 pizza's today and mine was the only complaint. Did I look like I was complaining for a R160 for nothing. Take a look at these unsatisfactory looking pizza's. I eveb asked her for a whatsapp number where I coukd send the pics too and she refused to give me one. At the end of the day nobody complains for attention. I paid for the pizza's they were not free. It is such a shame because she told me should I purchase again then she will ensure it's better. I will never support this fast food outlet ever as it has left a very bitter taste in my mouth.
