ridiculously late deliveries

On the 28 of February at 18:50 i placed a call to Debonairs Mega philani valley in Umlazi for a delivery to 6minute away location and was told it will be a 40 minute wait till the delivery was made.As time went by the advised time frame passed so i made a call to follow up and i was told the delivery has been dispatched .More time passed and yet again i called and was told that there is no way to find out which driver was going to deliver my order so i had to wait.I did just that and the order arrived 2 hours later at 20:51

Today I yet again placed an order to Debonairs Glenwood at 17:24 and have been waiting since for the delivery . i have been calling to follow up on the order and have yet to get a response as my calls now are routed to the call center and am transferred to the store where my calls go unanswered.

I would just like to know for future reference , how long does it honestly take for a delivery to be made ?
