Ridiculous waiting times

Ridiculous waiting times...I placed an online order at 15h50 ... it's now 16h42 I'm still at the Ladysmith Shell store...the lady told me me the order will take 30-45min when I asked her at 16h20 as to how my order was still not ready. Order no:191

This is a norm at this store if order is placed online and it makes me wonder what's the purpose of ordering online and coming to wait for more than 30min at the store. This is absolute nonsense on the receipt it states the order will be ready at 16h05.
