Ridiculous services. Vangate mall store.

I've placed an order on the Debonairs app, unable to track my order I decided to call into the call centre. I spoke to Samantha and received a call 8minutes later from the vangate mall manager. She told me that the driver is on his way after waiting 2 hours for food. After waiting 30 minutes after her call, I still haven't received any food or any feedback from the call centre neither the store.
