Ridiculous service!

We placed a call with Lerato from Debonairs and she confirmed the order and said the order would be here in 45mins. An hour later the pizza never arrived so we called back ,the manager said he will get back to us regarding how far is the driver. 2 hours later he never call back so we called him. He said there was no order placed . The managers name is Sandela from Debonairs in Lenasia south, and he cutted the call on us . This is unacceptable! Lenasia south Debonairs are useless!
