Ridiculous service

On Thursday I placed an order over the phone with Debonairs protea glen for my pizza at 11:26AM and my order was only delivered at 12:57PM after I was promised that my pizza will be delivered in 45 minutes. My Pizza was very dry when it arrived and I wrote a complaint to Debonairs on their website with my complaint but no one bothered to acknowledge it or even reply to it ! Today I placed an order at 18:12 ad my Pizza only arrived at 19:31 and at least today they didn’t well the pizza was fine ! But really why do they promise 45 minutes when the pizza I order always arrives more than an hour later ??? This is not right, it is not acceptable I pay Forbay the calls I make to them and I Alain pay for my food that gets here EXTREMELY late !!!!!!!!!!!! Why do I have to pay for MTN Pizza when it arrives later than the time they promised ?????? It isn’t fair and also Debonairs really needs to get their act together honestly I hate the experience TOTALLY HATE IT !!!!!!!! Everything is expensive in SA can we at least get good service??????????????
