Ridiculous poor service

I ordered pizza on the app at debonairs Pizza sky city and after an hour has passed and I haven't received my delivery yet I tried to call the store but the call center said the store was temporarily closed when trying to phone customer care they ended the call before answering. So after 2 hours I got in my car and went to collect my order in the store upon arrival I found the delivery guy standing next to his bike playing on his cell phone

Upon getting home ate cold pizza because the pizza was standing on the shelf in the store for more than a hour

Very disappointed in the service I received with debonairs pizza sky city will never be ordering from them again

And then also on the boxes clearly states free delivery but yet you get charged R10 for delivery within 5 km
