Ridiculous delivery time debonairs phoenix plaza

My kids love pizza so we ordered over the debonairs delivery app. Our order says its on its way then it says delivered however theres no pizza in my home. When i called the store they said its take one and a half hours for delivery. So i then asked the lady how come that is not stipulated on the app itself. Is this customer service of misleading your customers. Why update details on your app and say our food has arrived when we still have a longer wait. This is a huge inconvenience to your customers. Customer service levels and efficiency lacks big time. No transparency with your customers i suggest you update the debonairs app with the correct waiting time for a delivery.
