resulted to physical fighting

I ordered a pizza of which half of it was half done, never the less we enjoyed the said pizza however once done I went to take a few serviettes and I was approached by one of the lady staff members who then told me in an extremely condescending tone that we are not allowed to use the serviettes and that we need to buy such. I advised that there was no need to her tone of voice and that money was not an issue. we fought to a point were I found my self physically fighting with this lady. I have never fought with a lady but I was way to angry that I even found myself physically fighting with her, as if that was enough, some foreign nationals (staff members) ended fighting with us also physically to a point were all four of us were involved and ended up going home. besides the lady who served us, none of them knew the back round story as to what transpired none of them knew the story but the lady but yet customers rights were not recognized. I wish to address the fact that as a customer I don't look forward to be attacked by a staff member and any of the colleagues and as such I don't wish to buy from the very same store and will never order from them again. I wish the store be closed
