Repeatedly bad service by Debonairs Yarona centre(Midrand)

I'm really disappointed not for the first time that Yarano Debonairs doesn't understand, if they know all what's customer service, we placed an order at 18H28 using on line platform and we received a call to confirm our order at 18H57 with a promise that we will receive our at 19H30, to my understanding we supposed to receive orders within 40 minutes after placing an order. We tried calling their number of *** to make a follow up and the number goes to IVR which never gets answered till it auto terminates the calls around 3 minutes and 26 seconds, not as if it was not enough at 20H05 we still don't have a delivery and no answer from the store for us to cancel our order with them. The delivery guy calls us to tell us he can't find the street and I'm sure Google maps doesn't work anymore or even worse their store's phone. I cancelled an order with the same delivery guy that called as he says he can't find my address.
