Refusing refund
I made an online purchase using the debobairs app. Whilst trying to pay online after entering the otp the internet crashed twice and I was debited 129.90 x2. I called debonairs asking for a refund, this is from the 28th of Feb a big franchise as debonairs says they do not have the payment. They are refusing to refund me. The manager is rude. I want my Money.
