refused to change wrong order
Extremely bad service& attitude from the manager for refusing me to exchange an order that was wrong...she even refused me2 talk to her boss over de phone when she called her/him...She made the hole matter a joke..she was laughing..ddnt even care...She is an excuse for a manager
